In consideration of (the “Visiter”) visiting MEDICABIL Hospital for the purpose of observing the surgery performed by (position being observed), I hereby acknowledge and agree with the following statements: The sole purpose of this observation is for the education of the Observer. I understand and agree that at all times the Observer must comply with the instructions and requests of all MEDICABIL personnel and all members of the medical team. Visiting Physician may attend operation and is welcome to observe clinical activities but may not participate in the actual delivery of care. They do not perform any healthcare role whatsoever, and are explicitly forbidden to actively participate in patient examinations, procedures, clinical decision making and do not contribute to documentation. Visiting Physician must abide by all applicable MEDICABIL patient confidentiality regulations.
